say you marry after menopause and then the husband wants to have a baby, how best can one deal with this kind of situation?

Also if i did get pregnant would it badly affect the unborn baby?Please answer!
and can i get medication for it

I have Pcos , and low levels of progesterone, im taking a progesterone cream, 40mg per day for 14 days, now im in 16 day, i have stop as schedule, but no period.
can anyone knows why?
I forgot to mention that, my periods are irregular, NOT absent. only irregular.

Do you become more sexually active than the youthage of less active in bed ? if less active ,Do you attend sexual yoga lessons to improve upon your performance or take pills?

I am going through premenopause and I still have my uterus. I had my tubes tied in my late twenties and my periods are crazier than ever. I have severe cramps and tender breast even when I am not on my period. A family member told me to just have everything removed and save myself the headache but I am trying to follow my doctors orders. It is hard to tell if I spot or period so can’t be for sure if pregnant or not. Don’t believe to be pregnant. Need some advise!

It is a terrible side effect. Does it help to take the medication in the morning verses night? If I decide I want to get off of it… I do know that that will be a side effect. How long will it last?
