I was using Changes for Women by Zand Pharmaceuticals. You can find it in any good health food store.
My only problem with it was that I ended up with horrific constipation….hopefully that won’t happen to you.
I also am now taking fish oil, extra calcium, and exercising more & eating more fruits & veggies. I don’t know if any of it’s helping or if its all in my head….but I’m feeling ok at least.
They say that in England where people eat a lot of dairy products women have more hot flashes, but in Japan where women eat little dairy but lots of soy products there is almost no hot flashes. I went thru menopause as a vegetarian and not much more than sometimes feeling a little warm from time to time.
well….first i would have a thyroid panel done to rule that out……are ya in menopause……there is a natural drink called Limu that seems to help..try some
