Can the combination of eating strawberrys and drinking coffee, cause hot flashes?
I’m a male.
I’m a coffee drinker. A while back, I eat some strawberries and then drank some coffee. When I left my house and went somewhere, I started getting intense hot flashes, sweating, and feeling overheated. I kinda felt like a heart attack. I only have these intense hot flashes when I eat strawberries and drink coffee. Could the combination of strawberries and coffee cause hot flashes?

A lot of people have an allergy to strawberries. If you got a redness on your neck and chest, it could have been a case of hives, like people get when they are allergic to shrimp or something.
It’s probably the strawberries and not the combination of berries and coffee. Just don’t have them together.
I have never heard of that. Food and drink DON’T cause hot flashes. Hormones and your body cause hot flashes. Your body temperature rises some causing that to happen. Hot flashes aren’t as likely in males as what it is in females.
