Can you tell if you are pregnant strictly by your progesterone levels?
My nurse miss informed me so I am dying to find out but its still too early to take a HPT and they wont test for HCG until Monday. At day 21 of my cycle my progesterone was at 42 ( with the help of Clomid) but from what I understand a normal progesterone level even with Clomid is about 25. So does this level of progesterone mean I am pregnant?

I don’t know who told you that 25 was normal for Clomid. ANYTHING over 15 is normal for Clomid. There is no set amount, as long as its over 15.
A level of 42 confirms ovulation and that Clomid did its job. That’s ALL it tells you.
Progesterone, in no way, predicts pregnancy. Women with progesterone levels in the 70s have gotten BFNs.
The only hormone that confirms pregnancy is hCG, the pregnancy hormone.
Good luck.
