my husband here lately has been getting night sweats really bad. he had them about a month ago and they went away and now he is starting to get them again. its so bad if I am against him I am soaked too. his mom died of cancer when he was 18 months old. do you think I need to make him go to the doctor, hes kinda stubborn?
when he wakes up he is really really thirsty and sometimes he gets shaky like and light headed and he eats a candy bar or something sweet and that goes away.
he is 25, healthy, he is 160 pounds

I am 27 yrs old and healthy so it’s not hot flashes. But for the past few months I have been waking up throughout the night soaked and freezing. This keeps happening and i don’t know what to do about it! It’s very frustrating and uncomfortable to deal with every time i go to bed or take a nap. What could be my problem????

My husband has horrible sweats at night, enough to saturate the sheets and tosses and turns all night. He is pretty fit and 31 yrs old. He starts to sweat about 10 minutes after getting in bed. Does any one have any ideas of what could be causing this or better yet, a way to stop it? any help would be very much appreciated, thanks!!!

I’m seven weeks pregnant, and in the past week, I have awoken in the middle of the night. Drenched in cold sweat. I’ve read that this often accompanies pregnancy. When I wake up in the sweat, I shiver, because I’m so cold.

I’ve heard this is normal, but I’d like to hear some of your stories. How did night sweats affect you during pregnancy? My husband is extremely concerned about this.

He had surgery on the leg.I dont think its healed right .At any rate he has been heavy night sweats and cold chills for the last 6 months.Why?
