I have been consuming peppermint tea for a few months, and recently I have been consuming 30 grams of peppermint tea per day for a few fortnights, and I have noticed feminizing affects (both physical and mental). Yet I heard that conjugated hormonal therapy only deteriorates your health. So am I a ‘lucky one’ or something?
I am interested in what transsexuals with experience have to say about this.
(I have also recently been eating more fruit, no bread, and avoiding foods high in fat).
Another question: conjugated hormones are plant ‘hormones’ from herbs, correct?
Well isn’t it obvious Leah? I’m transsexual, just like you, I’m just in hiding, but very soon (hopefully!) I’ll inform my parents.
