I, too, did the same thing when I was 16, however, my circumstances were different. You did what was best for you and your health, and that is all that matters. Anyway, why don't you tell your grandmother that you had a really bad yeast infection and that caused for a higher dose of antibiotics and pain pills because you "itched" yourself raw.
