Has anyone ever use progesterone cream?

My gyno said to use it for bad mood swings before my period. Will this work? I can only find into on it being for menopause. Im not that old yet!

It can be of help. It depends on whether you have low progesterone before a period. Many women do. I have a progesterone cream and I find it does have mood helping qualities. However it can cause drowsiness so use it just before bed time.

lol Yeah i know what u mean! But yeah it should work, but if u find it doesnt, go back to the doctor and try something else as some things work for some people and some dont for others.
