Well, it could be a hormone disruption. You should ask your doctor for a blood test, including hormones.
But if nothing is found, there is a good chance that you are suffering from Chronic Hyperventilation Syndrome. This is a very common condition, but unfortunately it is not recognised by doctors.
Basically, it occurs when the CO2 in the blood goes too low. The body gets used to the low level and strives to keep it that way. Low CO2 is not dangerous but has many unpleasant effects.. One of the most common is dizziness. When there is not enough CO2 the oxygen bonds with the haemoglobin and doesn’t circulate around the body properly, so you don’t get enough oxygen to the brain, hence the dizziness. To make matters worse, the blood vessels constrict, so there’s not even enough blood getting to the brain, making the dizziness worse. The body gets the message that the blood vessels are constricted and tries to fix it. This results in a temporary and sudden widening and you get a rush of blood everywhere, causing this feeling of intense heat that we call a hot flush.
You don’t say what sex you are. If you are female and your periods are O.K. then it’s probably not hormonal. But have a full blood test to rule things out.
If it is Chronic Hyperventilation, then it could fix itself, but if not, then you will have to take the initiative yourself. There are two ways of fixing it, one is to do breathing exercises and the other is to use a breathing device that you can order from Russia. I used the breathing device. I’ll give you links to both.
The Buteyko site talks a lot about asthma. Don’t let that put you off. Similarly the breathing device site talks about old people. Don’t let that put you off either.

Hormones!
Hormones, you might need to see your doctor especially if you are on birth control.
I think you’re an early bloomer of menopause.
Sorry.
My friend has that and I’m a scientologist at Cambridge
You really need to see a Dr about your symptoms. They could be caused by any number of things, and you need a professional opinion.
I would go see your doctor.
Maybe because it’s 100 freakin degrees out there with NO SIGN OF CHANGING
My daughter gets that. The dizziness, though, maybe from dehydration, hunger or low blood pressure. You should get a check up. Talk with your mother.
i have the same problem and im only 15…you might be dehydrated or you might have inner ear which the doctors thought i have …its nothing you can fix with medication ..it has to fix itself, you might want to see a doctor because it might be something else, but i have the same thing going on and i have no clue what it is.
It’s not hot flashes, those happen when a woman is around 50
It’s the heat. You’re not drinking enough water, that’s why u feel dizzy and hot. Often in hot weather the body cannot adapt quickly to get more thirsty, even though it needs more water–and it’s just started to get hot. You might also want to wear shades and sunscreen. Your skin might be getting really hot because you’re not wearing enuf sunblock to protect it from the sun.
Hope I helped!
this may be due to a lack of water/food causing your body to not have enough power/energy to cool you down. Or it could be completely normal or completely freaky and you may need to see a doctor. Where do you live, is it really hot? or only sometimes very hot. If you change your body temperature swiftly, there is a chance of this happening. For example, if you move from a warm room to a cold one you may develop goosebumps– it could be something like that.
See a doctor – you may have developed high blood pressure or diabetes.
Both are fairly serious conditions, especially in a teenager, so get it checked right away.
Many possibilities, most of which are minor. Still, it warrants seeing a physician. When you do, it’s best to just tell the doctor your symptoms. Using a label like hot flashes can bias his/her thinking.
One thing that hasn’t been mentioned is low blood sugar. When you get these symptoms, look at how long it’s been since since you ate. Also look at what you ate. High glycemic index foods cause a jump in insulin production and can lead to a crash. It’s easily controlled by eating healthy, especially minimally processed foods. Reactive hypoglycemia can be tested for with a six hour glucose tolerance test which can be done in a doctor’s office.
good luck
