You mean hot FLASHES? Calm down. You are just going through hormone changes like everyone else. Not everyone gets hot flashes, but it is normal if you do.
Stress will definitely make them worse. So stop worrying about them. If it really bothers you and upsets you that bad, then see your doctor.

Changes in hormones cause hot flashes. When you are about start your period, your hormones change. Just like when women go through menopause and are going to stop having periods, they also go through hot flashes.
