How can I get my sex drive back after menopause?

I have 0 sex drive left and no intrest in it. I do it for my husband but I don’t enjoy it like I used to.

The solution is multifaceted. One is medical solution of taking Hormones. But you should also change you mind set , attitude , Philosophy for life. Think differently. Now , you may enjoy sex differently than what you used to enjoy in early twenties. You may require long weekends with your partner in romantic mood to take you to relaxed , comfortable state where you can enjoy sex fully. Yes, estrogen should help.

There are even natural estrogen compounds that can be prescribed.

Talk to your Dr. about it. If he/she is unreceptive, change Dr’s.

Don’t settle. You are too young to stop enjoying sex.
