What effects? It’s not like they’re going to start having periods or something.
Well, I mean, he’d become more "manly" again, but unless he had bread reduction therapy, the boobs would probably stay.
It all depends on the Male’s age.
My father was fighting testicular cancer. As part of the treatment they removed his balls and put him on female hormones. (to reduce the return of the cancer.) At 69 years old the only effect on him was he suffered hot flashes. Other than that, no bigger boobs or reduction on facial hair.
