Sorry you’re having a hard time with this, but you really need to go and speak to your doctor about it. It’s not a good thing to try and self-diagnose via the internet as your symptoms are actually very generalised and can be due to a variety of things. The best person to speak to is your doctor. Take care and I hope you get it sorted
Get your Dr to check your thyroid levels.
Pregnancy sometimes triggers an auto-imune reaction that leads to an underactive thyroid.
It could fit your symptoms and if so is easy to fix (pill a day).
There are a couple of diagnoses I can come up with…
One is that you may have a hypoactive thyroid condition:
It explains unbalanced temperature, mood swings, insomnia, a slow metabolism, fatigue (although I assume this is partially because of your insomnia)
Some other symptoms that you didn’t mention are- brittle hair, low blood pressure.
Another is some type of depression. I was clinically diagnosed with depression from age 14 to 18 and before I saw a doctor, many of my symptoms seemed like I had a physical illness.
Like I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t exercise, I was constantly irritated with ever thing, and no matter how much I rested I felt like if I were to lay down I would pass out in 5 seconds.
So you might want to look into that.
Lastly you might have some sort of vitamin d deficiency
which would explain the foggy memory, and fatigue.
As far as having energy to play with your baby, and regaining sex drive.. I really think you need to find out what is wrong with you first, because in order to fix the effect you have to find the cause
You should look into some of the things I listed above, and see if any other symptoms relate to you.
Good luck <3!
