Two cousins began at 9; both girls were heavy, so they ate a lot of meat, which had been given hormones for more productivity. What will this do to them as women is in the future because the current generation going through menopause started at 12-13 or so. I have a lot of food allergies -- I cannot eat anything that has been in the sea. I used to be able to, but that was before the water has become polluted with mercury and zinc. It just seems that no one in the FDA will look at the long term effects -- and your question is not just excellent, it is powerful because we just do not know. Think of the book by PD James and the recent movie where no children had been born for over 20 years. I read the book a long time ago and thought pure S/F -- now, I don't think it is S/F but a distinct possibility.
