Is it OK to get your depo provera shot early?

By the time I’m ready for my shot, I get anxious, cranky, and tired. Is there anything wrong with getting your depo provera shot early?

Please do not get another shot. I know it is convenient, and I really liked depo, but it gave me osteoporosis. At 25, my bone denisty was that of an 87 year old womans. It was not worth it.
You should never get it early, it will probably make you sick.
I was on it for three years and pardon my french but it fucked me up BAD.
I don’t know how long you’ve been on the shot. But I would seriously recommend getting off of it. I had my first shot at the end of January and it’s done nothing but cause me problems. I’ve had my period (light) the whole entire time. I cry at the drop of a hat now and I’m really irritable. I used to never be like this. So I looked it up and could not believe the horror stories I found regarding the shot! I realize that there are those few that have no problems with it..but it’s not worth all the other things it is doing to your body!
