Well until she completely stops ovulating it is still possible, though unlikely, for her to get pregnant at 52. Sometimes women in menopause gain some weight around their abdomen, but it typically doesn’t look like pregnancy, it just looks kind of thick, like a little extra weight from under the chest to the belly. She should take a pregnancy test because she’d be considered high risk for sure if she was in fact pregnant.
Buy a pregnancy test. I doubt she is, it would be highly unlikely to conceive at her age naturally.
