Is vaginal dryness part of having abnormal cervical cell changes?
My most recent pap smear came back abnormal. From there, I had a colposcopy done, which revealed white cells. The next step is a L.E.E.P procedure, where the doctor will cut those cells off of my cervix. Could these abnormalities cause vaginal dryness?
