Hi there i gor pregnant on my first round of clomid and i had been ttc for 2 and half years. It was the first time i had ever been pregnant. Unfortunately i miscarried at 6 wks so i was really 4 wks but i am hoping to start 2nd round this month. So it worked for me first time so i have high hopes for the 2nd round. Good luck and i hope it works for ya.

For women who do not ovulate, clomid successfully induces ovulation in 85% of women. Of those, about 50% will be pregnant within 3-6 months.

I am also starting Clomid next cycle (if this cycle doesn't work for us), and I found this website to be very helpful with describing the medications, how they work, and their side effects: http://www.dukehealth.org/Services/Fertility/Resources/Medications/index .

Good luck and lots of baby dust!!!
