it will be stronger then what you can buy over the counter and should help.
I find that taking a hot bath and laying there for a long time helps ALOT or getting a hot pad or even a cloth and warming it up with an iron and placing on your abdomen or back helps too

I have had a similar issue for several years. Pain killers work a little but I still feel horable. Try a hot bath or shower or a heating pad, anything hot. If you have a cat, get it to lay on your stomach and purr. The vibrations may help. Mint and lavendar tea may also help. Mint is great for thining the blood so that your body dosent have to push it out and lavendar is very calming.
I used to use heating pads all
day to try to lessen the pain and
of course I took a lot of pain
medications. Now the first day
of my period has became as
normal as any other day.
After taking these products, I
noticed I no longer had to look
for ways to relieve the pain of
menstrual cramps.
