Anything hot on the stomach will feel good. Bananas are good, as is hot tea. Try walking around, it could help move the blood along (gross but that’s what needs to happen). Also, try Advil. It helps.
I always take Advil, Tylenol, or cramp meds. They work best for me! Some people use heating pads.
Any pain meds. or a heating pad works great!
Try tensing and relaxing your muscles rhythmically to break up the pattern of the cramps, it helps.
i have really bad period problems my bf almost doesnt believe how bad it hurts and thinks im crazy cuz no other girl has that problem to him but i vomit and feel like i cant move on the first day usually i use the heating pad but the only medicine that works for me is motrin not the kids one!! if you are vomiting tho you dont want to vomit the meds so wait until after and drink lots of water no matter how much you dont want it just keep flushing out your system and the motrin should help
