I heard somewhere that young boys (ie. 4-6 years old) have more testosterone running through their bodies than at any other time in their lives. Is this linked to aggressive and affectionate behavior?

Im really worried about her, whenever she’s surrounded by too many people she hyperventilates, gets dizzy, and has even cried before. We’re both young (14 years old) and me being the down to earth friend (her being the over-exaggerating friend) im trying to convince her that most of it has to do with the fact that she blows things out of proportion and her teenage hormones are flowing like crazy
I WILL NOT let her take anti-depressants or anxiety drug. Nor do I want her to go to therapy. Is there some techniques she could do to calm her or some products to help stay calm? Or even better some home remedies.
thx
She has talked to her parents about this and her doctor about this. Luckily her doctor hasn’t brought up meds yet but i still don’t want her to take those, they can screw people up, i’d know
Im not saying that therapy is bad, i just want to try home remedies first to help her calm down.
She’s been like this for years, she over reacts to everything. Ive lived with girls (if i did not mention it, i am male) my entire life. I understand girls better then most girls do themselves (im not kidding). I think this is mostly coming from her ex whose been giving her a hard time. Combing the fact that I understand girls and ive known her for about 5-6 years i can tell the difference between over reacting and teenage angst to true anxiety attacks.
Therapy isn’t a bad thing but I want her to try some home remedies first (like drinking more water, eating more fiber, lemon juice, etc.)
One thing that I will admit though is that I hate doctors. I have a good reason though, they nearly killed my sister

I’m 17 and I’ve never been. I’ve had my period for about 6 years now, and I’ve never had any problems beyond cramps (usually just the first day of my period). I’m not sexually active (still a virgin). Do I need to see a gynecologist?

I am on estrogen alone and it is not working for me. Doctor cannot help, doesn’t feel I know what I am talking about. I had a hysterectomy 6 years ago(ovaries out) and have been miserable ever since. A friend suggested adding progesterone and herbs. I do not flash, just live in a oven. Is it safe to take all 3 together?

I am 19 and have had my period for 6 years now. It is very irregular and i was wondering if this is normal. I know stress is a factor to consider but i am not stressed all the time. It has never been regular and I would like it to be. Might there be something wrong?
