Actually, Chinese scientists are working on a male contraceptive shot that has the same effectiveness of the the female birth control pill. So if both genders have availability to effective birth control, would this change how men and women view sexual responsibility?

Would it increase or decrease the amount? Would a birth control pill with higher progesterone decrease the amount of vaginal discharge?

I just stared taking the birth control pill 10 days ago and have had light spotting for the past two days. Is this normal? I also had very irregular pieriods and part of the reason I was put on the pill was to try and regulate them.

because their birth control pill is causing vaginal dryness?
Also it wouldn’t cause arousal does it? Cuz the birth control I’m on gives me a high sex drive.
I use it for hormone replacement therapy because my body can’t produce hormones on its own.

Doing a project on birth controls, their effectiveness and effects on the body and no where can seem to really give me a specific answer.
How do birth control pills effect a woman’s body? How long until the effects start to take place?
What are the percentages of a condom and a birth control pill not working at preventing a pregnancy?
What is the safest form of birth control (I know someone is going to say "not having sex, bwahaha" so please don’t) and what is the most effective?
Thanks so much!

Okay so I need a birth control pill to regulate my period and for the sole purpose of birth control. What pill has the least side effects and is safe to take. It can’t stop my period at all, a lighter period is fine, but stopping it completely isn’t something I want. Even if its for a month. How long does it take for birth control to work, for it to prevent pregnancy?

i am on birth control pill – but it does not stop the moodiness. Would prefer not to be popping pills left and right – is there something else a person can do to regulate her moods during her cycle?
