When I insert a tamp I get cramps and my lower back hurts a lot right now. Is it just my period or the tampon?

I’m having the worst menstrual bloating and cramps and there is no ibuprofen in the house. How can I get rid of them!

For days ive had lower back and abdominal pains and cramps…
Burining and iching on vaginal area…
and discharge..small amout and not stinky…
Im waiting for my period its late and im freaking out
Im not pregnant…!!!
And im scared…
what could i hav?

I have really horrible cramps. Midol used to work, but recently it doesn’t. My doctor prescribed me pain killers, and I ran out so I decided to just go to a gynecologist. What options might she offer me? I know birth control pills are one. Also, could there be anything wrong with me that i’m getting usch bad cramps or is it normal?

I went to the gyno last year to get birth control pills to help me with my period like cramps etc and it’s helped so much, anyway, yesterday I went for a simple check up to see how the birth control going and yada yada then at the end he was like see you in August for your year pap smear and like, do I have to go, im still a virgin i’m planning on waiting until marriage so is it necessary to go for it again?

I’m thirteen and when I first started my period they were always really light, lasted for only like three days, and I had no cramps. Now they’re really heavy, last for about a week, and I have the worst cramps! What can I do for the heavy bleeding?? And what will help with the cramps?? I want to say this:Women have it much worse than men when it comes to health concerns. We men don’t know what menopause is,bloating or cramps.The way women are treated in some other countries apalls me.Women are just as equal as men.They have the mentality to fight men but they just dont.They can fight back.

I have cramps, a little upset stomach and my breasts are very tender. I am due to get my period in the next week or so but I have been so irregular lately it’s hard to tell exactly when I’ll get it. We had intercourse about four weeks ago. Just trying to figure out if we’re pregnant or if it’s just menstrual symptoms.

My period is due on Friday, June 10th, and I’m not feeling ANY pregnancy symptoms yet. As a matter of fact, yesterday I had cramps, which would mean I’m probably expecting my period, and not that I’m pregnant. Obviously I’m TTC, so this kinda worries me. What symptoms did you start to feel before your period, and how far before your period did you feel them?

I have a very regular cycle – 28 days. I started having bad cramps and my breast was hurting for about 5 to 6 days now. My period should start in 4 or 3 days. I cannot figure it out if I am having very strong PMS symptoms or maybe early pregnancy symptoms. In the meantime I was tested for progesterone level last friday and it was on the level 10. I guess it can be either way? But is there a way to tell the difference between these symptoms?

This Saturday, around 2 weeks after my last period, I spotted for a short period of time and now today ..Tuesday…i’m spotting again…i have a little bit of cramps but i shouldn’t start my period for another week or 2.. what could be the reason for the spotting? Also i’m 22 and sexually active with my boyfriend of a year now if that helps at all.
