If they have been taking female hormones and been through gender reassignment surgery, would there be no source of male hormones anymore since they already removed their testes? Which means they would remain neutral? Or would they start growing hair and changing voices like a late puberty?

I’m very hairy, my doctor saids I don’t have pocs but my testostorone hormone level is a little higher than average for most woman. She recomended birth control pills since they have estrogen hormone.I’m not sexually active. But wouldn’t regular female hormones be more effective? Keep in mind I’m extremely hairy, I have hair on my breast nipples, thighs, butt, stomach, chin, sideburns, feet, fingers. I’m hairy like a man they’re thick and dense hair, this happen within the year of my fist period, so it’s definitely my hormones. It really suck because my thighs has gotten scars from ingrown hair from shaving. Even if I don’t shave I still get ingrown hair, it irritates my skin.

I’m a 14 year old male. I’m 80% sure I’m a Transgirl and thinking about using female hormones. I’m pretty scared at the thought of it, and how everybody’s going to react knowing I’m a Transgirl and if I take female hormones. I realize that it’s a good idea to tell the doctor about it and have then prescribed to you. I also heard if you take them at a Teen age, you’ll expect a complete change. I’m also a bit scared at what will come as an effect to taking female hormones. Could you please tell me the details and what is a good time to take them? Please do not be harsh, it frustrates me. And don’t come at me with these Religious reason to not be a Transgirl because I will not have it.
