Could I be going through premenopause at 21?

Just wondering! I am 21 years old…Im overweight..I am 175 pounds at 5’3. I haven’t had a period since before Christmas, and I have probably only had about 3-4 periods last year. I stopped taking the pill last March, and it took about 4 months to have one. I am on Progesterone..actually just finished it, and I still haven’t had a period. I took an ovulation test last month, and it did say positive. My doc said I probably have PCOS..I showed a hormone imbalance. I am trying to get pregnant, so I am getting pretty antsy!

I started my period when I was in 4th grade by the way..9 years old…if that has anything to do with it.
Well, I can see you think 21 is young to get pregnant. However, I have been married almost 3 years, lived together for 4. He is active Air Force, and makes a decent living, and has great insurance. We don’t move a lot either..actually haven’t moved yet once, and nobody moves out of his shop unless they want too. I feel as though I have waited long enough. I will be staying at home with the baby..I am in school, but will be finished really soon, and I am taking my classes online. It’s very manageable(with time), and I have straight A’s. Even though it’s not really your business I figured I would tell you because you should know my situation before assuming so much. 21 is not TOO young, and my husband is 24, and has been ready for a baby longer than I have!

How do you get a hormonal imbalance, and how does it effect you and your body? How do you get rid of it? wat do you have to do? can hormone imbalance be caused from taking anti-depressants? just curious as to how you get this and wat it does to you? and how the heck to you get rid of it?
wat are the symptoms? just curious thank you ;)

Hi! I have always heard women talk about how they know when they are ovulating but I have never been able to tell… except ever since last May (2006) after I miscarried my first ever pregnancy. Ever since that, I tend to get lots of signs of pregnancy like very tender breasts, opened appetite, fatigue, nautious feelings… and then my period would come weeks after…Are these signs of ovulating? My doctor says that I have what’s called ‘Psychological Pregnancy’ and because of my hormone imbalance my body actually prepares itself for pregnancy after I have unprotected sex…sounds kinda bizarre to me! So now, I kinda think that I am pregnant because my last period came on March 4 and ended on the 7th (my period usually lasts 5-6 days, sometimes 7), I’ve been eating a lot, feeling very nautious for entire days but have not been vomiting, feeling very small sensations in my abdomen and it’s kinda uncomfortable to lay on my stomach. What am I to do? Could I really be pregnant this time?

Hormonal imbalance?

I’m quite hairy for a female and I used to break out BAD around my jawline. I have bigger structure than other women. Someone told me I have a hormone imbalance? So, I’m wondering if I have kids(girls) is there something I can give them to keep them from turning out like me? Is there something I can take to make my situation better?
I never claimed to be normal.
yes I have irregular periods as well. I will look into that medicine.
sorry I’m 21

i also have some back pain, vericose veins in one leg, some weight gain, etc.
i decided to do some reasearch on hormone imbalance and found that many women become estrogen dominant as we age. which is the reason we females experience a host of problems even as early as in our late twenties. so i found that a progesterone cream is the best remedy to combat many of the negative symtoms that we experience as a result of aging.

has anyone tried this progesterone cream? and do you agree that such a treatment does work?,

please respond, i think i really need this.
