I have been keeping track of my period for the last 3 months because i am ttc. Every time my period comes on it’s 2 days earlier than the last period. These are the dates, NOVEMBER 6TH 2006, DECEMBER 4TH 2006, JAN 2ND 2007. These match up to exactly days earlier than the last period. Is this considered a irregular period?

I have PMS, and it hurts like hell. I get really depressed, and sore. And my period cramps, pretty much make me want to shrivel up and scream. My knees and lower back hurt, I get headaches. And the cramps, are like an elephant sitting on my stomach. I just want to throw up. And my last period was lighter than usaul and lasted 3 days. I’m on it now, and I can’t take the pain. What can I do to calm the cramps down during my period and with PMS?

I just had my annual gynecological exam a few days ago, and I expresed a worry that I might be pregant. I take birth control and my boyfriend uses condoms, but my last period seemed a little strange. The doctor didn’t believe he needed to do a pregnancy test, but I am still worried. Is there a way he could have known by feel if I were pregnant? Should I take a test anyway, or am I being paranoid?
I’ve been on the pill for about 4 years, and I take it religiously. My period was very light, but it lasted about as long as it normally does. I was told that it’s typical for people who have been on the pill to have a light or even no period, but in my 4 years of taking it I have never experienced it.

I started using Progesterone cream because for the
past couple months I have gone through a lot of
stress which caused my cycle to be delayed by a whole
two months. This has never happened to me in my life
but I guess our bodies change. Im 25. And I dont have
any kids. I was devastated to find out that I wasnt
pregnant after missing my period …i have had normal
30-33 day cycles all my life.
My last period was December 28th. earlier this month
when I noticed I missed my period I realized that
stress has taken a toll on my body. I DID my research
on 100% natural progesterone cream to use to
regulate my cycle again. I began using the cream on
February 11th, and I stopped using it on February
24th (14days of using it) in addition I began working
out every morning for 45 minutes. I was so happy to
see that my cycle came back! The third day of not
using the progesterone cream my period came on
(february 27th)…also I have been eating healthier.
I dont need this to happen again since I want to have
a baby. Iam learning that the exercise and a positive
attitude in addition to eating right has really helped.
Now I am trying to figure out if I should keep using
the progesterone cream after ovulation for a couple
more cycles before I stop using it, or is it
unneccessary to keep using it since I got my cycle
back. I kind of wanted to keep using it because
sometimes my luteal phase is only 11 or 12 days and
that is kind of short. Once the effective date comes for
this new policy I purchased for health insurance I will
be seeing a fertility specialist to speed up things.I
dont have any reproductive disorders and Ive had an
HSG and blood tests almost a year ago done by my
obgyn and everything was normal. Any advice on this
would really help.

I was looking for anyone else out there that has had something liks this happen. My doctor has put me on premarin and started my period a week later. After taking the premarin for almost a month days I began taking the prometrium and like clockwork after a week my period started. I went to the doctor mainly because my period was all out of wack and now I’m bleeding so much with clots I don’t know what to do with myself. I was just wondering if I am the only one that is having these effects or is there anyone else out there? Also I told the doctor at the beginning that me and my husband wanted to have children and didn’t know how these meds are helping. Thanks you guys for reading!
my last period started 9/17-9/25 and now it just started back at 10/7

I am 28 years old and have tracked my period for the past 18 periods. My average cycle has been 28 days. The first day of my last period was 4/1/11 and on 5/1/11 i had a medium sized blood clot pass. That was all! My period usually lasts 5 days. In the meantime I took 3 HPT’s and all were negative. I just this week had a blood pregnancy test that was also negative. My period would be due again today if my cycle were normal and I am experiencing a light brown discharge with some cramping. What do you think is going on? Thanks.

A freind of mine is in her mid-forties and is going through premenopause. She is not completely done because she still gets her period but it is a few months between cycles. It been about 5-6 months since her last period. She still uses birth control because she does not want to accidently become pregnant just because she does not get her monthly and does not know if she still ovulates even though she has not had her period in six months. What are the odds of her getting pregnant?
Minku Jinky I reported you. That link was to a malicious site

What part of the cycle decides how long it your whole cycle will be? I know all cycles are different for different women but where does the variance occur? Is it the days from your last period to ovulation or the days from ovulation to your next period? If I use an ovulation predictor kit and it says I ovulate today will conception happen in one week and implantation one week from conception and my missed period be one week from implantation? Or can ovulation, conception and implantation be further apart than one week?
Let me know if I’m not being clear enough in my question.

I’m new here and trying to get some help/opinions.
I’m a 26 year old female, not on birth control. I am married so sexually active. I have a typical 30 day cycle. But 10 days after my last period ended, I started having brown/pink discharge. This has been going on for 5 days now but turned straight brown by day 2. I keep reading it could be a number of things, including ovulation, but I really don’t think it is…it’s a completely different texture…just slimy! Anyway it started around the time I THINK I should’ve started ovulating but hasn’t stopped…5 days later. Could this possibly be implantation bleeding or something else? I hope I’ve provided all the info needed for the best judgement. thanks in advance!

I’m a little new to natural family planning. What are some signs of ovulation? I have a hard time pinpointing the number of days in my cycle- where do you count from (first day of last period?) and is it possible to ovulate 1 week before an expected period? That may be a stupid question haha but I’ve heard different opinions on that. If it helps my last cycle started November 15 and lasted 4 days. I believe I should start another cycle around the 13th this month.

When I went to my gyn. last week, he said that I was probably in perimenopause because my last period was 6 days late and my breasts were sore after my period instead of before it. Now I’ve started 9 days early. Aren’t cycles supposed to come farther and farther apart or are they generally just wacky like this? Everything was okay at my gyn. visit. I’m 43.
