they do for the menstrual cramp pain? If they don’t give you medication what do you do about the menstraul cramps do you just drink a lot of water?

I have a yeast infection and a bladder infection! My period was due around last week, but that’s also when both of my infections had started. (The bladder infection could have started earlier.) I heard that a yeast infection usually doesn’t delay your period, but what about both of them combined?

I’m taking medication for both of them now as well.

I’ve read a lot about Bipolar II and I’m pretty sure I have it..
But I’m 16, and don’t all teenagers go through things similar to depression and hypomania?
Is Bipolar II just an excuse for moody teens to get on medication, or is there a difference?

I’m sorry if that didn’t make sense.. I’m just not sure how else to word it.

If a girl in her early twenties (that clearly does not have menopause) were to take menopause medication, like Estroven, as a way to receive estrogen, what would the consequences or side effects be?

My daughter is 22 and is losing her hair. We think it has to do with turners and hormones. Her thyroid is fine, with medication. I would really like to chat with an adult turner syndrome women.

I’ve had Fibromyalgia for 17 years now. I’ve been off and on Medicine for it. I was just wondering if anyone who has it , had any other methods of pain relief besides medication.

Thanks!

My husbad and I have been trying to get pregnant for the last 2 years of our marriage, but have been unsuccessful. I have irregular periods and I have to take medication just to have a period. With it being that I do have irregular periods, how am I suppose to track my ovulation and know when is the right time to start conceiving?

I do not want to have to take any hormones or other prescription medication. But the hot flashes are getting so frequent and so bad that they are affecting my ability to function normally sometimes. (not to mention embarrassing in a store or at work)

My girlfriend went to the ob/gyn today and the Dr was very upset that she’s been on Premarin for over 8 years now (prescribed by her primary care doctor for hot flashes.) She’s scheduled her for a sonogram to check her uterus to make sure it’s ok.
What can happen if you’re on this medication for longer than 5 years?

I always get a blood test before the ultrasound to check the estrogen level, if it goes a little bit up the RE ask to take less medication. They said everything looks great but just need to take less menopur…why the estrogen level is very important?

Why didn't the obgyn perform a gynecological exam?

On Monday, I went to my first obgyn appointment following a visit earlier this summer to my gp. I primarily went in to get a contraceptive. Now, I know that because of a condition I have for which I have to take medication, my medication may impact how effective the contraceptive will be–hence it could lead to undesired pregnancy and malformation for the baby should I become pregnant. One of my expectations was a gynecological exam. It did not happen. Also, I know that I still haven’t had sex (sic!), so why, considering I am in my late thirties, wasn’t a gynecological exam performed? As well, because of my medical history, the obgyn said that if she were to prescribe a contraceptive, she would prescribe a normal dose contraceptive with a patch? I thought you could give a higher dose. I wonder is that combination plausible. How effective is it?
Even if I still haven’t had sex (sic!), and considering I have just turned 40, why wasn’t a gynecological exam performed (the gp did do a preliminary one)? Also because of my medical history, the obgyn said that if she were to prescribe a contraceptive, she would prescribe a normal dose contraceptive with a patch? I thought you could simply give a higher dose contraceptive. Excluding the issue of cost, how effective is combining a normal dose contraceptive and a patch?

I have been buying from Custom HRT and now I cannot get the website to come it. I think they have been shut down. Does anyone know of a reliable source to buy from. I know this med is questionable on safety, however, I have lost 52 pounds taking this medication since I had my baby in September.
