i have suffered 14 miscarriages due to antiphosphilid syndrome and have just found out im pregnant again,i have been given 400mg of progesterone and 150 mg asprin and 40mg of heparin to inject myself, my last pregnancy miscarried at 6 weeks whilst using heparin and asprin and i have never had progesterone pessaries yet, this is my first time? is there anyone out there who has used them and had a good outcome?

I think i have a short luteal phase or at least 11 days. I called my dr. yesterday and she said i could take progesterone and see how it goes. Has or is anyone using this and has it helped. My doc. also said i would have to test 10 days after taking it because you don’t get your AF on your own? That makes me nervous i don’t want to screw my body up any more than it is. Should i just let nature work or try this out?????

I should be ovualting in the next 24-36 hours.

I am 4 weeks pregnant and my Doctor put me on Prometrium (200mg), which is a progesterone supplement. I have had one miscarriage and my Doctor put me on this because I have had a history of low progesterone. Has anyone ever taken or heard of this?? What was your experience? Thanks!

I am TTC but am 2 days late with a negative pregnancy test. My OBGYN suggested that if I test negative again on friday and still no period that I may want to get a shot of Progesterone… Why is this? What does Progesterone do?

My doctor put me on low dosages of estrogen 5 mg & progesterone 1 mg. but they did not help. My breasts ended up hurting so bad I could not sleep on my stomach at night and they did not help my hot flashes one bit. We tried this out for 1 month. She took me off of it and put me on Paxil 10 mg. and I will see her in a month. They do help for my hot flashes. Thats what my doctor said it would help besides my depression too. Has anyone had the same results or any advice on perimenopause synptems? I am 37 and no not too young just not real common at this age. Also is it posssible to gain weight at this time? Me and my husband have been trying for 7 years. So I finally went and seen a infertility specialist. I took a blood test for progesterone and they told me it was low however I have never been pregnant, I have a normal 28 day cycle and Ive been using a fertility monitor that says I do ovulate. Could it be I just need to take some medicine to higher my progesterone or is that unlikely. If so are the chances pretty high for concieving by just making your progesterone higher?

June 1 had light pink discharge, late right now for period. on progesterone cream because my levels were very low. Pregnancy test negative. could it be the hormone level in wi=hich can cause a negative test? Not sure what to do.

Hi, I know I am having infertility problems….trying for #3. Have been ttc for 1 year. Tried ovulation kits, all the stuff!
