My doctor did prescribe me Endometrin (vaginal inserts) and I’ve read very bad side effects. I am not pregnant but I am trying to. My progesterone level is 3.2 a week before the period. How this can be related to the chances of conceive? Isn’t true that I may consider taking Endometrin just after I am pregnant? Any ideas? I am 42 year old btw

I am just trying to keep a little hope here, but I don’t think there is any. My progesterone level at 7DPO was above 40, I tested positive for pregnancy at 14DPO, went in at 16DPO and my progesterone level was only 2, and my HCG was only 17. What would cause my progesterone to drop so dramatically?

I’ve done the fertility drug route, and have been able to conceive but have lost them both. I’m not willing to subject myself to more drugs and inseminations, but am not one hundred percent ready to quit either.

My progesterone level post-ovulation is low, so I was thinking about supplementing with wild yam. Anyone tried this?

Good and or bad stories are welcome!
Thanks!

I just got the results from my progesterone test. The nurse said it was at 10 point something. I took my first round of Clomid last month so it helped me ovulate!!! My progesterone level in March was 2.3.

Is a progesterone level of 10 something good for achieving pregnancy?

Progesterone question?

I am almost 8 weeks preg and I’ve been having some bleeding and cramping so I called my midwife and she told me that I could be cramping because my progesterone level was low. I am at 12 and normally at this time a preg woman should be at 15. She suggested hormone therapy but the drug they want to give me says it can cause birth defects. Has anyone ever been in a situation like this? I feel that if I dont take the med. I am killing the baby but if I do I may have a child w/ birth defects, has anyone had to have a progesterone therapy?
