I’m 18. I’ve never had sex. Every time I get turned on though, I’m dry. I’ve had the female version of "wet dreams" but without the wetness. Is this a hormone imbalance or something? It’s never been itchy, painful or smelly, so it’s not a yeast infection.
There’s no way I’m going through menopause lol. I’m too young and my period’s still going

I’m a 42yo female who has been experiencing bloating and flatulence over the last year or so.
At first, I experienced mostly distention and feelings of fullness which varied with the timing of meals. Lately, however, I have been increasingly flatulent thorough the day and seem to be experiencing night sweats at around 4-6 am. When I wake I am often cold and clammy with a somewhat pressured and churning feeling in my lower abdomen. I then pass lots of gas and then am able to get back to sleep. I wouldn’t consider myself constipated as I often have 1 or more BMs a day but I do sometimes feel the urge and kind of intestinal fullness. The few times of constipation has been accompanied with more bloating, nausea and migraine headaches. Once I defecate I feel better, less “toxic”.
I think my overall diet is healthy, I prepare the majority of my meals, use very few processed items and am moderately active on most days.
My past GP checkups were good with normal blood work. I am not overweight and my periods are typical. My only other issues were a reoccurring yeast infection(~5-6)that started during the onset of the GI disturbances and increased allergy symptoms and food sensitivities. Although “unsupported” by my GYN or GP somehow I felt it was linked to use of splenda sugar substitute.
To combat the yeast infection and GI issues, in addition to the Rx of Diflucan I also eliminated sugar and dairy, minimized wheat products and started taking Culturelle probiotic. This did not change the bloating or flatulence but I felt a decrease in my allergic reactions. Thankfully the yeast infections went away but now I seem to have a low grade Infection(?) with swollen glands in my throat and am having night sweats.
My research seem to indicated perimenopause but I don’t seem to have typical symtoms and the night sweats/hot flashes do not radiate from my chest per se, they seem to be systemic and associate with flatulence. I also feel “toxic” for lack of a better word.
Any suggestions as to how to approach this?

I’m in my mid forties, and had a partial hysterectomy two years ago. For a number of weeks now, I’ve detected an unusual vaginal odor when I got to the toilet. I’ve had both yeast and bacterial infections over the the years, and this odor’s different, not as offensive, but bad enough for me to feel there’s something abnormal. The thing is, I’ve put off getting it checked because I haven’t had other symptoms. There’s been no itching or burning, no discharge, no pain or discomfort in my pelvis. In fact, I’ve become very dry, which I have attributed to perimenopause. That hasn’t been an issue, as I’m not sexually active now. I did one of the home tests that indicated by ph change I might have a yeast infection, so used an OTC remedy, but no change. Neither douching nor Rephresh did any good either. I’ve gotten an appt. with my doc, but three weeks out. The only change I can think of is a a new med I’ve been on (bipolar). I just realized when I was off it briefly, the odor wasn’t present.
The medication is Lithium. I got on it about three months ago, was taken off of it for about three weeks to see if it was causing another side effect, then was put pack on it three weeks ago. But it seems unlikely to me that a psychotrophic drug would cause a change in vaginal odor.

Vaginal itching, dryness — not yeast infection?

I’ve had some vaginal itching and dryness. I do not have a yeast infection, have recently seen a gyno a couple months ago. Do not have STDs and have no chance of getting an STD. I am on b/c though and it said one of the side effects is vaginal dryness. I’m not going to change b/c, so don’t suggest that.

I’ve gotten this before and it usually goes away after a few days. But are there any creams, and what, can I use? Thanks

Can pads cause vaginal dryness?

Can those big cotton pads cause vaginal dryness? It was after I took one pad out during the end of my period that my vagina (the OUTSIDE of it) started getting itchy and stingy. Its not a yeast infection. Could this have been cause by the pad? How long does vaginal dryness usually last?

gynecological exam in an ER?

Can they diagnose BV or any infection by just looking. What about an ultrasound. What about if you are on your period?
Will a urine test figure out if you have a UTI.
They said they found "nothing"
not pregnant. and pretty sure I don’t have a yeast infection
I left the same day thats why I ask if they could spot an infection by just looking.

I am just guessing I have a yeast infection (yuck!) and in the past I have treated it with an over the counter medicine. Six months ago I had a hysterectomy and maybe it is no deal, but can I still use the same OTC medicine? Thanks!

I had a total laparoscopic hysterectomy 10 days ago, I now have what I’m 99% sure to be a yeast infection. Can I use the usual medications to treat it? I’ve heard that you’re not supposed to put anything in the vagina until cleared?

Lately an issue has arisen in which there is a feeling of being too dry, thus causing soreness during sexual activity. The odd part is that it is in fact quite wet.
Secondly, the phrase "well lubricated" should be replaced with "very wet". There is no sign of lack of lubrication, or I would agree.
Recent yeast infection a possible cause?

What are the symptoms of Vaginal dryness?

I have recently been treated for Trichamonasis. Before that I was treated for Bacterial Vaginosis. I have no dischagre and no itching. I figured it might be a yeast infection but the medicine is not working becasue I am still having some slight irritation in the vaginal area along the vulva and at the opening, it also feels like my walls are irritated. I have a doctors appt on the 10th of April for a follow up of the trich infection. Im really scared and I need some advice on what it could be.

It is the same as it was before I started my period 40 years ago.Thick white and flakey when it dries.I do not have a yeast infection or any STD. I’ve had yeast infections several times in my lifetime and this is not one.Has any other woman going through peri or menopause experianced this?

I’m pretty sure I’m having hot flashes. It feels like a cold sweat almost. And I get them several times a day.

I’m a little over weight. There is a possible chance of pregnancy. I’m also in the process of getting over what I think was a yeast infection.
