Testosterone.
It is what increases when boy’s hit puberty.
Increasing testosterone would lower the female hormones causing facal hair. Deeper voice. Smaller breast size.
They use testosterone injections to help females become more masculine when they want to change sexual status.
Actually the body has a specific ratio of hormones so if two hormones work in opposition then if one increases then so will the other.
This is best seen in men who are taking steroids. The more testosterone they use the more estrogen their body creates to stay in the proper ratio. So men begin to grow breasts and gain other female secondary sex characteristics.
So by increasing the opposing hormone to progesterone then progesterone will increase as well.
