What should my progesterone levels be at if i am ovulating?
I have recently had a 21 day blood test. My progesterone levels came back as 1. My doctor has booked me for scans which i am going for on thursday but i’ve had one before and things seemed fine. I have not fell pregnant in 2 years. Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be other than PCOS and if this is esily treatable? Its ripping me to peices and really affecting me that i might never have children.

I believe that progesterone levels should be 30+ to show ovulation. I also had low levels, my lowest at one point was 0.7.
PCOS is usually treated with Clomid and Metformin, which would encourage you to ovulate and have regular periods.
Ovarian drilling is also an option.
You should consider joining a fertility forum. There are lots on the net depending where you are. I am i the UK and use fertility friends.
They are great for suport and have lots of useful info on them
I am also low on progerterone .7 as the other gal. They are going up on my medication & now I will be put on Metaformin with clomid. I also have PCOS.
Actually anything about 10+ is good and indicates that you ovulated
