Why do I crave Ramen Noodles with Spaghetti sauce on them?
we have no decent food in the house so I eat Ramen Noodles without the spices but I am not pregnant I am just on messed up evil birth control Loestrin 24 fe which wants to ruin my life like every other pill I have to take like seroquel, and Lamictal and I am really moody and I don’t get periods but I get discharge every day now. What the ****? I am NOT pregnant the urine test said no and I haven’t taken a blood test. Am I going through Perimenopause early or Premenopause or something? I need mental health bad

yeah food additives and hormones as well as certain medications can cause cravings and appetite.
It soundsl like you do need specialized hormonal help , and you did not give your age…….but could be perimenopausal or just in need of hormone balancing at any age.
Hormones cause mental illnesses if out of wack , any hormone expert will agree
there are threee types of hormone doctors, one is endocriniologist who will not balance or test all yoru hormones, they are too busy with diabeties, thyroid and severe illnesses………..your obgyn is into female hormones, and may or may not test and just throw antidepressants at it…….then there is they type of doctor you need……
like these who have specialized in hormones feelngfff.com thehallcenter.com and others…..you can usually find the ones in your area by finding and calling the ‘compounding’ pharmacy in your area and asking them for a list of doctors who test and balance hormones….
that may be all you need……
other wise just see an obgyn and a psychiatrist
best wishes
Wow… I used to be on Lamictal and Seroquel XR…now I’m on Invega and Seroquel XR. Have you considered an IUD for birth control? In the beginning, I had the 5-year IUD, Mirena. When I hit the 5-year mark, it was removed and they replaced it with the 10-year IUD, called the Paragard…which I still have a good 9 years left to change it. You don’t know it’s there, no pills to remember, no weight gain/mood swings, lighter/shorter periods…and is MORE effective than the pill without all the health risks/side effects. About the ramen…maybe you might have asian and italian ancestors….or, your body could be craving tomatoes for the nutrient Lycopene. Whatever the reason, sounds pretty darn good to me…now I know what I’m having for dinner later…
